This toolkit contains Activate practice tools published through 2026. These tools, encompassing everything from tip sheets to conversation supports, are designed to provide professionals with concrete, research-informed guidance and resources that can support professionals’ day-to-day work with adolescents and young adults.

This compendium contains Activate research summaries and practice tools (e.g., infographics, conversation supports, Q&A resources, tip sheets, etc.) published through 2026. It is organized into five modules (each outlined below) that highlight key insights from the research and concrete strategies to support day-to-day practice with young people.
